Primary Colours is an activity-packed, six level course in English, for children from 5-6 years of age upwards. The course features rich content, puzzles, stories, songs and a thorough approach to learning English. The accompanying Activity Books, CDs, Vocabulary Cards, and Teacher's Books support the course.

Each level provides a full year of work. The Starter Level, for children in the early stages of literacy, focuses on listening and speaking. Level 1, which can also be used by complete beginners, is for children who are ready to deal with all four skills. In the upper levels, 'King Cat's Corner' and 'Know it all' sections integrate language skills in cross-curricular topics which focus on aspects of geography, history and science. The course aligns with the Cambridge Young Learners Exams ('Starters' may be taken after Level 1, 'Movers' after Level 3, and 'Flyers' after Level 5').
